Membership is open to all Palm Valley residents in Phases I, II and III, and V.  Open enrollment for eligible residents who wish to join, and annex their lot into the Palm Valley Community Center Association is currently underway. No guarantee of membership is made, as membership is limited and will be honored on a “first come-first served” basis for residents in Phase I and Phase V.

There is an initial $135.00 buy-in fee for residents of Phase I and Phase V, which will appear on your first membership assessment.

As of January 1, 2010, the monthly assessment for Community Center membership is currently set at $25.41 per month per residential lot, billed on a quarterly basis.  The monthly membership fee may increase in the future. As indicated in the governing documents the fees will not increase more than 20% per year.  There will be additional fees for special classes, programs and for private use of the facility amenities.

There are age restrictions in place at the Community Center. Any child that is age 13 or younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.  Only legal residents of the home will be issued a membership card and Palm Valley Community Center staff reserve the right to request proof of residency.

If you choose to join the Palm Valley Community Center Association it is with the understanding that the membership will be permanently linked to your residential lot.  Should a change of ownership take place at your residence, the new owner will be obligated to continue the membership in the Palm Valley Community Center Association, no exceptions will be made.  It is your responsibility as the homeowner to disclose these facts to the person(s) purchasing your home.
